RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Return and exchange policy:
At Nirvayaa, we currently do not offer returns on any products. However, we are happy to assist with an exchange if the item you receive is damaged.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The customer must provide clear
photo or video proof of the damage.
Please note:
- ·Minor color variations or misprints from the product images on the
website will not be considered as damaged items, as these may
occur due to lighting or screen display differences. - · Nirvayaa reserves the right to make the final decision in all exchange-related matters.
Order Cancellation Policy
In case you wish to cancel an order, please do so before the item has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
